Every 24 (Work in Progress)
Day 1: Fossilized Sea Critter with Puppy Face
This morning I decided that I wanted to start a photo-a-day challenge, so I created a Facebook group called Every 24 (Work in Progress). I tried 365 on Flickr in ’08 and again in ’09 (and a really weak attempt in ’10) but never made a full year. I still enjoy Flickr, but haven’t participated in the community for so long that I thought it would be more fun to do this with friends (and friends of friends…).
I have a problem beginning projects – I become paralyzed with the need to be perfect. Today Yoda would be proud – I DID. Day 1 is a shot of a piece of fossilized sea creature that was next to my camera. It’s not interesting or perfect, but it’s a start.
